The Hub doesn't just lease event space, and Ricardo doesn't just run a restaurant. Instead, both are passionate about the services they offer jointly, ready to host your events with unique spaces and sophisticated catering that is truly memorable. This makes them a perfect pairing for intimate dinner parties, standing cocktail events, large receptions, and meetings or seminars.

The Hub and Ricardo's have collaborated on many events together. Perhaps the most memorable was a four-space wedding reception in which Ricardo himself prepared his world-famous aged steaks table-side for the attendees. Not only did Ricardo prepare over 80 steaks that evening, but he did so while giving individual attention to each table, embodying the values that define both The Hub and Ricardo's.

Sarah Rollins, General Manager

Sarah Rollins is a native of Washington state but spent the past 12 years on Oahu in Hawaii. While there, she was the General Manager & Events Manager for a large restaurant on beautiful and historic Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.

She facilitated & coordinated events for our military service members, foreign distinguished visitors, high-ranking military officials and even hosted events for one of our former presidents.


She is passionate about what she does and offers an extensive 15-year background in event management, customer service and personnel management, and hospitality.
