You can rent any of our rooms at The Hub individually or combine them for larger events of up to 450 people. Consider having Ricardo's restaurant, our official on-site caterer, to provide food and beverages for your event.

All room rentals include on-site parking, up to 22 six-foot rectangular tables, up to six round tables, and 15 high top tables with black linens, plus 175 chairs at no additional charge.


The Hub Central has approximately 2030 sq ft. located between large glass garage-style doors and is located adjacent to The Fireside room and Ricardo's restaurant. Can accommodate 200 people standing or 175 seated.



The FIRESIDE room is adjacent to the Hub Central and Ricardo's restaurant and features a large open hearth and includes casual couch seating. Approximately 1600 sq ft of space can accommodate up to 80 people.



The PATIO enjoys approximately 2560 sq ft of outside area and is located adjacent to the Hub Central room and Ricardo's restaurant. Includes an infinity pool for ambiance or to cool off on warm days. Accommodates up to 150 people.


The WINE CELLAR is available at a food and beverage minimum. Part of Ricardo's restaurant, this intimate room measures 380 sq ft and seats up to 20 people.

What does it cost to have an event at The Hub?

We charge the venue fee, a set up/clean up fee, and offer additional personnel at hourly rates as required. Please contact us for a custom quote.

What is the cost to reserve the venue?

You will need to deposit the venue fee and 25% of selected food and beverage to officially reserve the venue for your preferred date and time.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

Your room fee is non-refundable once paid and your space is booked in good faith. Food and Beverage deposits are refundable up to fourteen days in advance and then become non-refundable. However, we recommend rescheduling rather than cancellation and are happy help you with that option whenever possible.

Can I bring in outside food or alcohol?

No outside food, beverages or items from other caterers are allowed, as Ricardo’s is our official Hub catering company.

Do you support charities and non-profits?

Am I allowed to bring in my own decorations?

The Hub wants to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. Most standard decorations are allowed, however, we do not allow open flame candles or the use of tape, tacks, nails, confetti, glitter, silly string, or small particle items.
